Before using the Seaside Vibes website (the “Site”), please read the following basic terms governing your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms (the “Agreement”).

We may occasionally update the rules governing your use of the Site. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the revised terms. We also reserve the right to change, move, delete, or add to the content of the Site at any time, including updates to equipment or software requirements for access and use.

Copyrights, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all materials on the Site, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written content, are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by Seaside Vibes. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress laws, with all worldwide rights, titles, and interests reserved by Seaside Vibes.
Other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any such materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
The Site’s materials are intended for personal, noncommercial use only. You may download or copy materials for personal use, but this does not transfer any ownership rights. Any other use—such as reproduction, publication, modification, or sale—without written permission from Hunter Bay is prohibited. Framing, deep-linking, trespassing, or scraping the Site with automated agents is also prohibited without prior consent.

Returns/Exchanges: Custom Orders
All sales of custom orders, including custom T-shirts and other personalized items, are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued.

Order Cancellations
Custom orders are final, but cancellations may be requested within 24 hours (excluding rush orders). Cancellations are subject to these conditions:
1. Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of order placement.
2. Printed or decorated merchandise cannot be canceled.
3. Cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 30% or $25 (whichever is greater), plus outbound and return shipping costs.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS (Regular Post Mail) or UPS (Ground, Express, or Next Day) within the United States unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Seaside Vibes.
Partial Shipments: Products ordered together may ship separately.
Delays: Shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by delays from USPS, UPS, or other carriers due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or logistical issues.

Out-of-Stock or Substituted Products
If a selected product is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of similar quality.

User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions, or other submissions disclosed or sent to Seaside Vibes via the Site or otherwise will remain the property of Seaside Vibes. Submission constitutes an assignment of all rights, titles, and interests to Seaside Vibes.

Under-Runs & Spoilage
Due to production variability, we cannot guarantee exact quantities for large orders. Allow for up to a 10% variance on orders over 100 pieces and up to a 3% variance for orders under 100 pieces. Ordering extra is recommended.

Accuracy of Colors and Graphics
While we strive for accurate color and graphic representation, actual product colors and designs may vary due to monitor settings. We cannot be held liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual colors. For graphics with five or more colors, digital printing will be used, and exact Pantone matches may not be possible.

Product and Price Changes
Products and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable or its quality declines, it will be removed from the Site.

Duties, Taxes, and Licenses
Any duties, taxes, or licenses required for your order are the customer’s responsibility. Seaside Vibes cannot be held accountable for pending fees related to your purchase.

Equipment and Services
You are responsible for securing the necessary equipment and services (e.g., computer, internet, phone) to access the Site. Any charges incurred for access are your responsibility.

Legal Compliance
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to materials that infringe on others’ rights, are obscene, or encourage unlawful activities. Violation of these terms may result in termination of access to the Site.

Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
Use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and its contents are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seaside Vibes shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
